## Frequently asked questions

No. If you can write a post caption, you can use levios.

### Does it work with Reels and emojis?

Yes. Post, Reel, word or emoji: you choose the trigger.

### Will I pay more if a lot of people comment?

No. We don't charge per contact.

### Does the DM arrive?

Yes. It arrives in seconds, and you can follow the status of each send in real time.

### Do I need a special kind of Instagram account?

You need a Professional or Creator account. levios guides you through the connection.

levios uses Instagram’s official API and follows Meta’s messaging window and sending limits. We never log into your account with a robot or use your password.

### I already use another CRM. Does it get in the way?

No. levios saves and exports contacts to CSV. You don't have to switch anything.

### Is it only for Instagram, or can I use it on other channels?

For now, levios supports Instagram only. Other channels come later.
