Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern the use of levios, a tool for creating Instagram comment-to-DM automations.

By creating an account, connecting an Instagram account, or using the product, you state that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you use levios on behalf of a company or client, you state that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Eligibility and account

You must be 18 or older and use a professional Instagram account compatible with the Meta permissions required by the product.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, controlling who accesses your account, and ensuring that registered information is true and current.

levios may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts used in an abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or non-compliant way.

Beta service

levios is in closed beta. Features may change, become unavailable, fail, or be limited while the product is validated.

The service is provided as is, with no warranty of continuous availability, business results, delivery of every message, or approval of permissions by Meta.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the product stable, secure, and useful, but the beta should not be used as critical infrastructure without a backup plan.

Acceptable use

You must use levios only for legitimate automations related to real interactions and audiences that have context with your account, content, or business.

You may not use levios for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, illegal content, discrimination, violation of third-party rights, abusive data collection, or any purpose that harms users, Meta, or the integrity of the product.

You are responsible for the content of messages, public replies, links, offers, promises, and materials sent by your automations.

Meta policies and messaging rules

You must comply with Meta Platform Policies, Instagram terms, and rules applicable to messages, comments, automations, and platform data.

You may not use purchased, scraped, or contextless lists. DM automations must be based on eligible interactions, proper opt-in, or context permitted by Meta.

You must respect the 24-hour window and any other applicable messaging limits. levios may block or limit sends when it detects missing permission, insufficient scope, policy-risk, or preview-only mode.

Responsibility for data and contacts

You are responsible for having a lawful basis, authorization, or other applicable ground to collect, store, and use contact data obtained through automations, such as email and phone.

You must honor unsubscribes, opt-outs, blocks, and data-subject requests that you receive directly, and keep your own communications compliant with the LGPD, consumer rules, and applicable laws.

levios provides operational tools, but does not replace your legal assessment, privacy policy, commercial terms, or obligations to your own customers and leads.

Plans and payments

During the closed beta, access may be free, invite-limited, or subject to operational rules defined by levios.

We may create paid plans, usage limits, or billing in the future. If that happens, we will inform the applicable conditions before charging amounts or imposing new commercial restrictions.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue levios features, including because of Meta API changes, App Review requirements, technical limitations, security, abuse, or product decisions.

We may also adjust limits, flows, automation models, and delivery behavior to protect service reliability and compliance with platform policies.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using levios at any time, disconnect your Instagram accounts, or request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if there is a violation of these Terms, risk to users or the platform, legal order, fraudulent use, attempt to bypass limits, or Meta requirement.

After termination, automations may be paused, permissions revoked, and data deleted or retained only for the period needed for legal obligations, audit, and abuse prevention.

Intellectual property

levios, its brand, interface, code, documentation, and product elements belong to the controller or its licensors.

You keep the rights to your content, messages, offers, links, and data that you enter into the product, but grant levios a limited license to process them as needed to provide the service.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the product to build a competing service in an abusive or unauthorized way.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, levios is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, indirect damages, lost opportunities, business decisions made by the user, or unavailability caused by third parties, including Meta.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law or removes mandatory consumer rights when applicable.

Your responsibilities include correct use of the product, sent content, campaign compliance, and respect for Meta rules and applicable law.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

The venue is São Bernardo do Campo/SP, Brazil, except where applicable law requires a different mandatory venue.

Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the product, laws, Meta policies, commercial plans, or operational practices.

The published version will show the last updated date. Continued use of levios after changes are published means acceptance of the updated Terms, when allowed by applicable law.
